The Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Health pillar is focused on inspiring the health and wellness of women in the community through four significant areas: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Health, while infusing Fun!
She Moves is a program that offers fitness classes that promote body positivity, increase flexibility and agility, improve focus, promote inner harmony, inspire community, and fun.
The BEYOND Grief program is a space to support grieving woman. Through licensed mental health professionals, grief support circles, resources and more, we come together, support one another, and find hope and healing after loss.
SheThrives is a program that inspires perimenopause and menopausal women to live into the changes they are experiencing through health education, sharing, sisterhood, and fun.
SOAR – InspireHER CDC knows spiritual health is a significant component of overall health. We are all spirits living in a physical body, experiencing life through our mental and physical senses. With the right resources for our journey, we can live spiritual, physical, and emotionally balanced lives. Through our SOAR program we support the spiritual health of InspireHER CDC through sisterhood, resources, and community partnerships.
Personal Development Pillar
The Personal Development Pillar is focused on empowering women through personal development resources that inspire them to recognize their potential, realize their fullest capabilities, and embrace their strengths.
InspireHer CDC offers conferences and resources to support women’s social, emotional, and economic health.
There’s nothing like sipping the tea with your sisters and we are here for those positive moments. Our Girl Talk: BTS sessions provide a positive space for discussing important topics, book discussions, networking, food and fun.
Women, communities of color in particular, are often taught to see money through the eyes of a consumer. This mindset adds consumer spending to the economy, however, those dollar don't benefit women and their family’s long-term. Through the W3 program we offer financial education, resources, tools, and more.
Mentorship Pillar
The Mentorship Pillar focuses on mentorship programming for young adult women by promoting learning, growth, accountability, and social connection.
This transformative program is designed to empower and uplift young adult women on their journey towards personal and professional growth. Through this intergenerational program, experienced and accomplished older women serve as mentors to guide and support mentees, encourage accountability, and nurture growth.
Women in Commerce Pillar
The Women in Commerce pillar focuses on creating an eco-system that elevates, empowers, and socially connects women-owned businesses while promoting the economic health of historically disadvantaged communities.
InspireHER CDC provides resources for financial education, business training, and access to purchasing and contracting opportunities.
InspireHER CDC promotes woman business enterprise certification and access to advocacy organizations for woman-owned businesses.
InspireHER CDC provides forums for creating higher visibility for women owned business products and services while encouraging InspireHER women, InspireHER business owners, and local businesses to support one another.
Scholarship Pillar
The Scholarship pillar focuses on inspiring women to enhance their skills, pursue education, and embrace entrepreneurship as a means to achieve financial independence for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Through partnerships with private business and community organizations, InspireHER CDC offers opportunities for women to learn about emerging industries, pursue news skills, and pursue entrepreneurship.
Through partnerships with corporate and sponsors and donors, we seek to offer skilled trades and higher education scholarships to support low-income second career mothers.
Community Pillar
The Community Pillar focuses on creating forums for members of the community to engage and be a part of the InspireHER Collective.
We engage our community through intentional outreach to community support organizations, local women support organizations, faith organizations, business leaders, parent support organizations, colleges, social media, and other forums to understand community needs and to bring awareness to InspireHER CDC programs and resources.

The Partnership Pillar focuses on creating cooperative relationships with organizations that support and advocate for women.
Through our partnerships we widen the social and economic safety net for women in our community through think tanks, resource sharing, and more.
